Indian Society of Anesthesiologists, West Bengal State Branch is organising ISAJAC 2015, 25th Joint Annual Conference of ISA Eastern Zone and 26th Annual State Conference ISA WB State Branch. Delegates are requested to apply online by submitting application form along with registration fees. The fee structure is given below -

The fees can be paid online through our gateway or by DD/Cheque/Cash in favour of ISAJAC-2015.
All payments made to ISAWB towards application fee and workshop fee are non-refundable. Delegates who enroll for the conference have to comply with the terms of payment specified in our website.
DELEGATE'S RIGHTS & RESPONSIBILITIES
For the information of all registered members of ISA participating in the Conference:
RIGHTS
Rights to receive invitation and participation: All the valid members of ISA can participate in Zonal conferences. Formal information/advertisement published in ISA journal will be considered as invitation for participation.
Right to register for conference: Registered members of the Society are eligible for conference registration. Members whose applications for Registration are in progress with ISA will also be allowed to register for the conference.
Right to express views: Delegates will have freedom to express their views during conference, but in a constructive manner.
Right to participate in professional discussion: Members will have the right to participate actively in scientific sessions, workshops, CME program and exchange their views.
Right to compete: All delegates will be able to participate in various academic competitions (Paper/Poster etc.) in their respective Category and will be eligible for awards.
Right to be felicitated: The members will be felicitated with appropriate certificates depending on their contribution in the event.
Right to Vote: All valid members will be able to vote and elect new office bearers. They need to carry their ISA ID card in order to exercise the option.
Right to avail services provided by the Organizing Committee: Registered members are eligible for Conference Kit and one free local Tour. Pickup and drop facility to/from venue once in a day is made available to those delegated who book their accommodation through the organizing committee. However for spot registration conference kit is not guaranteed (subjected to availability).
Right to refuse participation: A member can withdraw his participation at any time prior to the conference. The refunds will be provided as per ISA Law and as per the decisions of the organizing committee after the conference is over.
Right To equality: All the members attending the conference will be treated equally during their participation in this national event. Religious, Cultural and linguistic rights will be preserved as per the Constitution of India.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Duty to abide by ISA Laws as responsible members of the Society: The members are expected to follow the rules framed by ISA in a responsible manner, maintain discipline to make this event a grand success.
Duty to register for the conference: The members will need to register themselves and their family members or accompanying persons for any type of participation in the event.
Display of ID: During the conference, at the venue the members need to display their conference ID provided by the organizing committee.
Duty to Vote and Elect new members: All the members are encouraged to vote and elect suitable candidates for the betterment of the society. They need to produce the ISA ID card during voting.
Duty to share knowledge: Members are expected to participate actively in all scientific programs, share their experience, knowledge, skills and encourage younger generation for the benefit of the society.
Time bound: The members are expected to be time bound at the venue while availing services. They are requested to make them available at least 5 min earlier to the schedules.
Maintain the Atmosphere: Members are requested to uphold the sanctity of the venue. Alcohol consumption and Cigarette smoking at the venue is prohibited. Also they are expected to maintain a good cooperation among themselves and respect seniors.
Collection of felicitations: The members are requested to collect their certificates and awards at the venue.
Professional Integrity: Members are requested to maintain their professional integrity and dignity during the Conference as desired by The Medical Council of India and ISA. A positive professional approach is expected.
Information and Action: The delegates are requested to provide information in advance to the organizing committee in case they need any specific help during the conference. Decision regarding the action upon such a request will be reserved with the committee.
Note 1: In cases of any Dispute the decision of the legal committee, supervised by organizing committee, governed by ISA West Bengal will be final.
